ECTER is committed to implementing sustainable development programs and initiatives that promote long-term solutions and address the root causes of poverty, inequality, and environmental and health degradation.

ECTER seeks to promote social justice and protect human rights, including the rights of vulnerable and marginalized populations, by advocating for policy changes, promoting accountability, and promoting inclusivity, equality, and non-discrimination.

ECTER recognizes the importance of gender equality and strives to ensure that its programs and initiatives are gender-responsive, promote gender equity, and empower women and girls to participate fully in all aspects of development.

ECTER emphasizes the importance of community participation and engagement, involving local communities in the planning, implementation, and monitoring of development programs to ensure that they are contextually relevant, sustainable, and inclusive.
